Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our team. This role is based in the Wichita Falls, TX area with relocation assistance and a remote home-office setup, plus daily travel to customer sites and occasional overnight stays.

You will deliver on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance to protect uptime for mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of power systems, battery technologies, or electronics experience.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and be willing to undergo background checks.
• Daily travel to customer sites with an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle.
• Must pass customer entrance requirements and periodic background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance.
• Work with customers to ensure peak performance and reliability of UPS systems and power solutions.
• Travel to customer sites, including overnight stays as needed.
