Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician. This remote position is based from a home office with daily travel to customer sites. You will provide on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance to safeguard operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience with power systems, battery tech or electronics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily and occasional overnight stays.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer support including emergency repairs and start-up services.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Travel to customer sites daily using the company vehicle.
• Collaborate with on-site leads and Field Service Technicians.
