Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician to join our CPS Division in the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area. This remote role involves daily travel to customer sites, with a company vehicle provided for onsite support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance.

The role emphasizes hands-on electrical power systems work, leadership on engagements, and adherence to safety standards. Overtime is eligible, and compensation reflects market considerations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an electrical or engineering discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Five or more years installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining UPS systems, battery technologies, power electronics, or related electrical power equipment.
• Five or more years working with 480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience with direct internal and external customer interaction.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring technicians on customer engagements.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to travel; background checks may apply.
