Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Lead Field Service Electronics Technician in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role provides on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventive maintenance for UPS, battery technologies, and power electronics.

Daily travel to customer sites is required with an Eaton-provided vehicle. Ideal candidates have a degree in electrical/engineering and 5+ years in UPS or related power equipment, plus proven leadership and strong safety discipline.

Qualifications

Five or more years installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining UPS systems, battery technologies, power electronics, or related electrical power equipment.
Experience with direct internal and external customer interaction; verbal and written communication.
Experience leading projects, mentoring technicians, or serving as a technical lead on customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support, emergency repairs, start-up services, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance.
Travel to customer sites with a company vehicle provided; perform operations safely and effectively.
Collaborate with field service technicians and leadership on-site to deliver reliable service.
