Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to drive growth in the Lake Mary, FL area. You will define markets, build key customer relationships, and work with engineers to tailor solutions.

The role includes quarterly reporting, promoting Arrow’s full lifecycle programs, and managing a hybrid schedule with a base plus incentive compensation. Some travel is required. This position reports to the Sales leadership and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales experience (bachelor's degree preferred).
• In-depth understanding of the electronics components industry and semiconductor products.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and promote Arrow offerings.

Responsabilités

• Define markets and new customers in the Lake Mary, FL area.
• Plan sales strategies and develop relationships with customers, peers, and suppliers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and prepare quarterly reports with growth implementations.
