Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative I - IP&E to drive growth across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. You will define markets, develop key relationships, and execute solution selling with Arrow’s offerings and supplier lines.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, promote value-add programs, and leverage Salesforce.com and Oracle for tracking and reporting. This role involves travel and a compensation plan with variable incentive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of components sales experience are required.
• Must already live in the Oklahoma territory.
• Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Define markets and new customers in OK, AR, TX; travel mainly in OK and AR; build key relationships to support solution selling.
• Develop strategic plans for accounts; sell Arrow offerings with supplier knowledge.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead regular QBRs with major customers.
• Promote Arrow value-add, supply chain and full life cycle programs; use Salesforce/Oracle for tracking.
