Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II - IP&E to drive new business in the Baltimore area. You will define markets, develop strategic plans, and build strong customer relationships while selling Arrow’s full product lifecycle offerings.

The role requires 2–5 years in field sales, knowledge of the electronics industry, and the ability to travel locally. This remote-friendly position reports to the sales leadership and offers competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of field sales experience required.
• Understanding of the electronic components industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Baltimore market/territory.

Responsabilités

• Define markets and new customers in Baltimore area; plan strategy and build key relationships.
• Sell Arrow offerings with knowledge of supplier lines.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) for major customers and drive growth strategies.
• Lead regular QBRs with customers to unlock opportunities.
• Promote Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs.
