Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager of Field Sales to lead a regional team across Ohio and Michigan, driving growth in BAS, HVAC controls, and digital building solutions.

You will translate strategic vision into regional execution, coach sales professionals, and build executive relationships to meet bookings, revenue, and margin targets while ensuring cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the Building Automation Systems (BAS) or building controls industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and recruit a sales team serving Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus, and Detroit.
• Execute regional strategies across key verticals and align with Regional Sales leadership.
• Build executive relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and contractors.
• Achieve annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets with accurate CRM forecasting.
