Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in BAS or building controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; HS diploma required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Experience building strategic territory plans and forecasts.
• Proven ability to develop executive relationships with customers.
• CRM usage and forecasting accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and recruit a sales team serving Ohio and Michigan.
• Establish sales plans and run forecast and strategy reviews.
• Execute regional strategies across healthcare, higher education, data centers, etc.
• Build executive relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and contractors.
• Achieve annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets while forecasting.
