Carrier's Automated Logic division seeks a field sales professional to drive growth across a Madison, WI territory. You will visit customer facilities, partner with contractors and building owners, and pursue annual sales and gross margin targets.

The role requires 2+ years in Construction/Industrial/Manufacturing, willingness to travel locally, and strong communication. Familiarity with BAS or HVAC controls and CRM/Microsoft 365 is a plus; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or completion of an accredited trade/technical program.
• 2+ years in Construction/Industrial/Manufacturing/Technology industries.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Madison, WI territory.

Aufgaben

• Visit job sites and facilities to grow territory accounts and position ALC as the preferred controls provider.
• Build long-term partnerships with contractors, engineers, and facility owners; perform on-site walkthroughs and needs assessments.
• Take-offs and bids with ALC offerings; draft specs with engineers for cost-effective control solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle; negotiate scope, pricing, and terms with contractors to close deals.
• Deliver on-site presentations to building owners and managers; coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
• Use CRM and sales tools to plan visits, track milestones, and manage opportunities.
