Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for our Advanced Surgery division. You will lead learning initiatives, coach sales teams, and develop talent across regional and national theaters.

The role focuses on hospital-based OR selling, clinical and commercial readiness, and continuous improvement of training materials. The position emphasizes on-site leadership, collaboration with Area VP and Training leaders, and delivering in-person and virtual training to enhance selling skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR and with coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
• Able to travel 50%+ and handle geographically wide territories.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and train small teams to improve performance.
• Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and medical education program creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to drive adoption of selling skills, clinical knowledge, and best practices.
• Coach and mentor peers and sales reps via 1:1s, field rides, and business reviews.
• Nurture new hires and deliver remote and in-person supervision.
• Create new educational content to accelerate skill development.
• Identify, plan, and deliver training for all sales roles under the Area VP.
