This leadership role focuses on coaching, developing talent, and delivering education that accelerates the performance of field teams across regions. You will partner with Area VP, Director of Global Commercial Training, and Sales Programs to design, deliver training for all field roles, mentor new hires, and shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of OR sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling and coaching/mentoring peers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead quota for new hires in area and drive adoption of selling skills and clinical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor peers and sales reps through direct supervision and field activities.
• Mentor new hires throughout onboarding and teach Commercial Selling Skills, Customer Knowledge, and Product Knowledge.
• Create and deliver educational content to accelerate skills for tenured and new sales reps.
• Plan and deliver training for all sales roles reporting to the Area VP, in-person and virtual sessions.
• Lead regional/national sales meetings and support new-product training updates.
