Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will engage with doctors and nurses, support operating room teams, and drive relationships across a defined geography to meet clinical and economic needs.

You will cover cases, educate on devices, and collaborate with regional managers to achieve sales goals. Travel is significant, and relocation within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in sales or operating room environment required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and social skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand all products, surgical specialties and devices in the portfolio.
• Cover cases with surgeons and report outcomes and opportunities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment and conduct in-services.
• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships.
• Maintain on-label usage of Baxter products in the surgical suite.
• Develop plans with RM, TBM, and SAM to reach financial goals and quotas.
