Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for our Advanced Surgery division in the United States. You will lead field teams, coach sales reps, and develop education programs to accelerate clinical and commercial capabilities.

This leadership role partners with Area VP and Training teams to drive talent development and sales success. The position requires 5+ years in relevant sales or 8+ years OR sales experience, 50% travel, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
Hospital-based OR selling experience.
50%+ travel requirement across multiple states.
Experience coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
Knowledge of adult-learning methodologies and medical education programs.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and live near a major metropolitan airport.

Responsibilities

Lead small teams to drive adoption of selling skills, clinical knowledge, and best practices.
Coach and mentor peers and sales representatives through supervision, calls, field rides, and QBRs.
Mentor new hires, deliver education, and develop materials for ongoing training.
Identify, plan, and deliver training for all sales roles reporting to the Area VP.
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse internal customer groups.
Shape the future of the sales workforce through comprehensive Advanced Surgery training.
