Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for the Advanced Surgery division in the United States. You will lead and coach sales teams, delivering clinical and commercial training that accelerates selling skills and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OR sales or 8+ years in field sales, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% as you partner with senior leaders to elevate performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years OR 8+ years OR OR hospital-based OR OR sales experience.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and training skills are required.
• Extensive travel (up to 50%) across multiple states and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams and drive adoption of selling skills and clinical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor peers and reps via 1:1s, field rides, and reviews.
• Develop and deliver training content across commercial teams.
• Partner with Area VP and Global Training leaders to plan programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for multiple internal groups.
• Influence the sales organization to improve performance across the lifecycle.
