Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Territory Sales Business Manager for our Advanced Surgery portfolio in the U.S. You will represent Baxter on-site with doctors and nurses, promoting hemostats, sealing, and tissue products to meet clinical and economic needs.

Build trust across surgical teams and drive profit in a defined geography while collaborating with hospital staff. You will own relationships, educate customers, and demonstrate products, while traveling up to half of the time to cover

Qualifications

• Requires hospital-based selling experience in operating rooms.
• Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% across multiple states.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sale of products and services.
• Educate physicians on on-label surgical procedures and product benefits.
• Call on prospective customers and provide technical information or demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and meet internal/external expectations.
• Monitor forecasts and contribute to market potential assessments.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and purchasing.
• Provide feedback for marketing and pricing changes.
• Work autonomously and maintain remote communication with management.
