Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Field Sales Performance Manager for its Advanced Surgery division. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and education for new and tenured sales reps to raise clinical and commercial capability on the field.

You will partner with Area VP and Training teams to deliver programs, set expectations, and drive adoption of selling skills, product knowledge, and patient-focused outcomes across multiple states. A leadership role with travel and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of operating room sales experience.
• Experience with hospital-based selling in the OR and coaching, training, or mentoring peers.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to travel 50% and operate across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Lead quota attainment for new hires and develop selling skills and clinical knowledge.
• Coach and mentor peers and sales reps through direct supervision, calls, field rides, and reviews.
• Build culture by guiding new hires and delivering three pillars: Commercial Selling Skills, Customer Knowledge, Product Knowledge.
• Create educational content and experiences to accelerate development of sales teams.
