The role involves hiring, coaching, and driving sales opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships. Based in the Tri-State area with substantial travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (7+ years mechanical service-related experience and 4+ years sales or leadership experience).
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds.
• Current and valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-12 Field Service Representatives delivering service excellence.
• Manage multiple sites with Field Service Representatives and a Site Manager.
• Train, develop and coach Site Managers and Field Service Representatives; focus on retention and growth.
• Participate in hiring and development of associates to become future leaders.
