Zoetis is seeking a Senior Diagnostics Solutions Consultant in West Palm Beach, FL. This field-based role partners with the sales team to sell diagnostic instruments, tests, and services while building lasting customer relationships.

You will lead demonstrations, manage opportunities through the sales funnel, and guide post-sale onboarding to drive adoption and value. Up to 70% travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant technical/clinical experience in medical/science/veterinary settings.
• At least 1 year of clinical setting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell diagnostic instruments, tests, and services within an assigned territory; achieve budgeted sales quotas.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of diagnostic products and services, including competitive positioning.
• Conduct daily customer-facing activity with existing accounts and new opportunities; extensive driving and overnight travel.
• Deliver product uses, benefits, and value proposition; perform equipment demonstrations and financial presentations as needed.
• Secure purchase orders and manage opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Lead post-sale onboarding to drive adoption and utilization, including training on applications and operations.
• Identify customer pain points; design workflow improvements to reduce time-to-value.
• Provide responsive onsite and remote support, troubleshooting, and escalation coordination.
• Maintain CRM documentation for all customer interactions and outcomes.
• Generate new leads and referrals, including academic/research settings opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
