Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Senior Diagnostics Solutions Consultant to drive the sales of diagnostic instruments, tests, and services in a defined territory. You will build strong customer relationships, deliver effective demonstrations, and guide customers through implementation and training to maximize value.

The role requires extensive field activity, overnight travel, and close collaboration with sales, accounting, and technical support to meet targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Technical/clinical experience in medical, scientific, healthcare or veterinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Sell diagnostic instruments, tests, and related services within an assigned territory; achieve budgeted sales quotas.
• Develop deep knowledge of diagnostic products and services and communicate value messaging.
• Conduct daily customer-facing activity with existing accounts and new opportunities; travel up to 70%.
• Lead post-sale onboarding, installation support and training to drive adoption and value.
• Maintain CRM documentation for all interactions and manage opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Generate new business leads and referrals in academia/research settings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
