Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a senior, customer-facing technical leader to own outcomes across strategic accounts, from deployment to ongoing optimization. You will design AI-powered workflows, integrate systems, and drive adoption with executive stakeholders on-site, ensuring mission-aligned results and CJIS-compliant practices.

You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to deliver production-ready solutions and measurable impact for public safety agencies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or complex deployment environments.
• Experience in law enforcement or military is preferred but not required.
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in production.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem deployments at strategic accounts.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and data integrations on Axon's platform.
• Lead field deployments, adoption, and ongoing success across sites.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve builds or integration issues.
• Establish success metrics and capture baselines before major deployments.
