Job summary

Axon is seeking a high-impact builder for onsite platform delivery and operational transformation within strategic agency accounts. You will own end-to-end outcomes, shipping AI-enabled workflows, agents, and integrations while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive adoption and mission impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, field work, and leadership in QBRs and strategic planning, with a focus on realistic agency improvements and CJIS compliance throughout deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation (8+ years).
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder with production-ready automations, agents, or AI-enabled tools.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI technologies, and integrated systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products (DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records) and extend systems in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document reusable patterns.
• Apply CJIS compliance and privacy guardrails in every build.
