Job summary

Axon is seeking a highly experienced, customer-facing technical leader to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will build, deploy, and iterate on AI-enabled workflows and integrations on site, embedding for the long term and shaping operational transformation across agencies.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ensure adoption, measure impact, and drive mission success while maintaining CJIS compliance and security

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management.
• Experience with operational transformation in mission-critical environments.
• Proven builder of automation, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer settings.
• Ability to operate across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Ability to obtain CJIS compliance and uphold security standards.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks, then document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership.
• Maintain consistent onsite presence (3–4 days/week) and track success metrics.
