Job summary

Axon is looking for an experienced professional to own customer outcomes within strategic agency accounts. This embedded role requires hands-on building, deployment, and adoption of Axon platform capabilities onsite and across related systems.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver mission-critical improvements in real-world environments. You will lead end-to-end delivery from deployment to production readiness, maintain CJIS compliance, and drive measurable adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• Experience in mission-critical environments preferred (law enforcement/military helpful).
• Shipped automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes within strategic accounts from deployment to ongoing success.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on site using Axon platform tools.
• Lead on-site engagements and drive adoption, computing impact and outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders; lead reviews and strategic planning.
• Capture field intelligence to influence product/engineering roadmaps.
