Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior Field CFO within the Business Value Services team to influence executive decision-making for our largest customers. This role blends strategic counsel, frontline deal execution, and financial stewardship to drive tangible value.

You will lead ROI/TCO analyses, shape investment cases, and oversee complex commercial structures while partnering with Sales, Legal, and ProServe to maximize mutual value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of combined experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or executive-level value advisory.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record advising the C-Suite and leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, investment analysis and deal structuring.
• Ability to lead complex multi-threaded negotiations and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery dialogues with the C-Suite and executives to define value creation and transformation imperatives.
• Advise customer executives on quantifying business value and the financial impact of transformations.
• Develop board-level business cases and ROI/TCO analyses to justify investments.
• Oversee deal strategies, negotiation plans, and concession strategies to maximize value.
• Prepare customers for value realization and post-sales measurement frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on a unified deal strategy and outcomes.
• Mentor the BVS and sales teams in value-based selling and executive engagement.
