Salesforce is seeking a senior Field CFO within the Business Value Services (BVS) to influence outcomes for our most strategic customers. This executive advisory role blends strategic counsel, frontline commercial execution, and financial stewardship to drive measurable results across large-scale transformations.

You will engage with the customer C-Suite, evangelize ROI/TCO analyses, and lead cross-functional teams to realize tangible business value and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or executive value advisory.
• Proven track record advising C-Suite on strategic investments and transformations.
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, modeling, investment analysis, and deal structuring.
• Ability to lead multi-team negotiations and drive substantial value.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Solution Eng, GTM, Legal, Deal Desk, etc.
• Industry expertise in Financial Services or Healthcare and knowledge of the Canadian market.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery dialogues with the C-Suite to shape value creation and transformation imperatives.
• Advise customer executives on quantifying business value and financial impact of initiatives.
• Develop board-level business cases and ROI/TCO analyses to justify investments.
• Oversee deal strategies, negotiation plans, and concessions to maximize value.
• Prepare value realization frameworks for post-sales measurement of outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on a unified deal strategy.
• Mentor BVS and sales teams on value-based selling and financial acumen.
