Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Senior Field Architect to translate business needs into technical solutions across data center and cloud domains. The role focuses on opportunity qualification, cross‑functional collaboration, and technical leadership in complex sales campaigns.

You will own the technical aspects of engagements, work with SMEs to craft high‑level designs, and drive responses to RFPs while engaging IT and business decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight years in technical architecture roles or similar.
• Four years in technical pre-sales roles or similar.
• Certifications across multiple Insight practice areas are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies and cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Owns overall technical relationship with assigned opportunities.
• Develops proposals addressing complex opportunities with input from SMEs.
• Identifies customer business and technical requirements for opportunities.
• Participates in internal sales meetings as a technical representative.
• Leads development of high‑level designs with SME input and validates RFP strategies.
