Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to support Client Directors with formal technical presentations and design assistance for our Enterprise Cloud Framework. You will own the technical aspects of sales campaigns and build credibility with clients by delivering deep data center knowledge across storage, networking, compute, virtualization, automation, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years Pre Sales and Data Center experience is required.
• Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading a pre-sales campaign as a technical lead.
• Extensive knowledge of data center solutions: storage, networking, compute, virtualization, data center management / automation, and security.
• Ability to work under pressure and influence others to achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent presentation abilities.
• Independent, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Customer focused and results driven.

Responsibilities

• Possess deep data center expertise across multiple stack layers.
• Present at Technical Briefings and Lab Demonstrations for clients and partners.
• Own technical aspects of sales campaigns and partner with Client Directors.
• Coach and mentor team resources to enhance solution knowledge.
• Qualify and position consulting engagements and services.
• Drive engagement conversions to additional services and solutions.
• Lead Solution Verification / BOM Review process for geography.
