Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements in support of client directors. You will architect, present, and consult on enterprise cloud solutions, security, and datacenter architecture.

In this role you will collaborate across client teams, drive strategic account plans, mentor peers, and help expand services with a focus on outcomes and measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Pre-Sales and Data Center experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Directors with technical presentations and design assistance.
• Own technical aspects of sales campaigns and ensure strong client relationships.
• Design and consult on Enterprise Cloud Framework including security, cloud operations, and datacenter infra.
• Build account strategy with Client Directors and identify partner technologies.
• Lead technical verification and BOM review processes for geography.
• Provide mentoring to teammates to enhance solution knowledge and pre-sales skills.
• Present at events, user groups, conferences, and forums.
