Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to lead technical pre-sales engagements for existing and prospective clients. You will architect and present solutions, own technical campaigns, and collaborate with Client Directors to align account strategies across cloud, security, and data center domains.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, regional strategy, and mentoring team resources while partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive services and solutions sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 4+ years pre-sales and data center experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading as technical lead in pre-sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Possess deep data center expertise and multiple stack layers.
• Present at technical briefings and demos to clients and partners.
• Own technical aspects of sales campaigns and coordinate with consulting teams.
• Develop and articulate Enterprise Cloud Framework across security, compute and automation.
• Size and configure products, build relationships, and drive account strategy.
• Lead Solution Verification and BOM reviews for geography and accounts.
