Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an Associate Director, Field Analytics to lead secondary data analytics for business strategy and field optimization. You will collaborate with Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Sales to design targeting, call plans, and performance dashboards, driving market understanding and optimizing commercial success.

The role requires 8+ years in analytics/consulting within biotech/pharma, with strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BA or BS with concentration in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business and 8+ years in consulting and analytics.
• Biotech/pharma experience required; oncology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of secondary data sources (sclerosis claims, payer data, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and project management skills with vendor oversight.
• Ability to adapt plans as market findings emerge.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven targeting for accounts, health systems, and physicians.
• Conduct field force targeting, sizing, and structural analyses.
• Develop field call plans and integrate into CRM/SFA systems.
• Set benchmarks and KPIs for product and marketing initiatives.
• Determine territory alignments ensuring adequate coverage of key accounts.
• Support field incentive compensation program to motivate personnel.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to senior management.
• Share insights on business performance and recommendations.
