You will partner with Field Excellence Leads, Insights Leads, and Brand Analytics to design KPI frameworks and dashboards that inform go-to-market and field deployment decisions. The role requires 5+ years in commercial field analytics in biotech/pharma, strong communication, and experience presenting to VP+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial field analytics and reporting experience.
• Understanding of roles supporting pharmaceutical field strategy.
• Experience in biotech/pharma environments.
• Proven ability to present to VP+ stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and project completion history.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out a unified HQ/Field reporting platform.
• Create advanced visualizations and BI insights for decisions.
• Link KPI design with field and HQ audiences and stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps and propose data solutions to inform strategy.
