Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze secondary data sources (syndicated sales, payer data) and manage cross-functional projects.
• Experience with territory optimization and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven targeting and call plans for sales strategy.
• Conduct market segmentation and analyze sales force structure.
• Support territory alignment and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management, Marketing, Market Access and Analytics to generate insights from multiple data sources.
• Design sales dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses for senior management.
