Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks an Associate Director, Field Analytics to drive secondary data analytics and field optimization for commercial success of oncology products in the US.

This role collaborates with Commercial Operations, Marketing and Sales to develop targeting, call plans and performance dashboards. You will supervise data-driven segmentation of accounts, physicians, payers, and patients, set benchmarks, and integrate insights across COBA to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; 8+ years in consulting or commercial analytics/sales operations.
• Biotech/pharma experience required; oncology preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven targeting for accounts, health systems, and physicians.
• Conduct field force targeting, sizing, and structural analyses.
• Lead field force call plan development; integrate into CRM/SFA systems.
• Establish benchmarks and KPIs for product and marketing initiatives.
• Determine territory alignments to ensure adequate coverage of key accounts.
• Support the field incentive compensation program design and administration.
• Provide ad hoc analyses for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Design and enhance Sales Operations systems and dashboards.
