Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, or related function.
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python, Excel, and BI tools; experience with alignment management software; Veeva CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for field design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of field teams, including sizing, territory design, alignment, and resource allocation.
• Develop segmentation, targeting, and prioritization to support effective field engagement.
• Own field KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting across national, area, region, territory, account, and customer levels.
• Conduct advanced analyses to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities and inform field strategy decisions.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch optimization.
