Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to lead large-scale deployments for federal government and public safety clients. This fully remote role includes end-to-end governance, P&L accountability, and cross-functional leadership with up to 50% travel to North America sites.

Candidate should have 8+ years in software project management, PMP and either PgMP/SAFe SPC/CSM certifications, plus strong proposals and federal contracting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a relevant field (CS/Engineering/IT/Business).
• PMP and advanced PM certifications preferred.
• Experience with federal government software contracts is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients.
• Own program governance, financial performance (P&L), and cross-functional leadership.
• Manage stakeholder and channel relations, provide regular status updates, and ensure milestones are met.
