Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients. This fully remote role carries end-to-end accountability for governance, P&L, compliance, and customer satisfaction, with up to 50% travel across North America.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software project/program management, strong federal contracting knowledge, and PMP certification or equivalents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of software project or program management experience delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
• PMP certification preferred; Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and govern large-scale software projects using standardized methodologies.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and manage internal workflows and status reviews.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal channels to coordinate project goals.
