Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients. This remote role carries end-to-end accountability for governance, P&L, cross-functional leadership, and client satisfaction.

The position offers up to 50% travel to customer sites across North America, with a preference for candidates in Eastern/Central regions. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology.
• 8+ years of software project or program management experience delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
• Experience leading federal government software contracts is strongly preferred.
• PMP certification in process or completed strongly preferred; advanced program management or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Federal contracting knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal government and public safety clients.
• Provide program governance and financial performance oversight (P&L).
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage master project plans using automated PM tools.
• Communicate status updates and facilitate meetings with customers and partners.
