Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale enterprise deployments for federal government and public safety clients in a remote role with up to 50% travel across North America. You will own governance, P&L, cross-functional leadership, federal compliance, and client satisfaction.

This role partners with government stakeholders and internal growth teams to shape competitive proposals and deliver mission-critical software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years in a related PM/Engineering field.
• 8+ years of software project/program management in large-scale deployments.
• Experience with federal contracts and government customers preferred.
• PMP or related advanced PM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments for federal clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage program governance, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure federal compliance and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and win strategies for large federal procurements.
• Manage risk, change, and stakeholder communications across North America.
