Zscaler in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - Federal DoW to lead a team of sales engineers supporting Federal Agencies. This remote (DC Metro Area) role partners with Sales leadership to drive technical wins and account strategy across the federal mission space.

You will recruit, coach, and develop up to 8 engineers, deliver architecture guidance, and ensure successful outcomes through coaching, collaboration, and durable customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling to Federal Agencies and leading engineers.
• Willing to reside within 2–3 hours of Washington, D.C. metro area.
• U.S. citizenship required.
