Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in secure access and cloud security, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - Federal DoW for a remote role (DC Metro Area). You will direct Sales Engineering resources through the full sales cycle, delivering technical leadership and strategic account planning for Federal Agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to and working with Federal Agencies.
• Residence within 2–3 hours of the Washington, D.C. metro area.
• Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team of engineers.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting, training, and ongoing development of engineering talent on the team.
• Lead technical wins across the federal customer base and manage up to 8 individual contributors.
• Provide direction and specialist knowledge to Sales Engineers supporting Federal Agencies throughout the sales cycle.
