Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Federal Sales Engineering Director-level leader for a Remote (DC Metro Area) role. You will direct Sales Engineering resources through the entire sales cycle and deliver technical leadership to customers.

You will coach and develop the team, lead recruiting and training, and manage up to eight individual contributors to win strategic deals. This role requires ownership mindset and a track record of turning ambiguity into concrete solutions.
