Job summary

Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - Federal DoW. This remote role, located within the DC metro area, reports to the Federal Sales Engineering Director and guides engineers through the full sales cycle with strategic technical leadership.

You will drive account planning, build technical champions, and coach a high‑performing team to deliver sustainable success for federal agencies.

Qualifications

Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem‑solving.
Experience selling to and working with Federal Agencies.
Must reside within 2–3 hours of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Demonstrated experience managing a high‑performing team of engineers.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Drive recruiting, training, and ongoing development of top engineering talent on the team.
Lead the team to deliver technical wins across the federal customer base.
Manage up to 8 individual contributors while maintaining rapid, high‑impact execution.
