Job summary

Zscaler in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the Enterprise West team. This is a remote role reporting to the Manager of Sales Engineering.

You will deliver technical product presentations, gather customer requirements, and lead evaluations to drive secure cloud-based solutions. You thrive in ambiguity, own the mission, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success and Solutions Architects to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience
• Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
