Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Engineering for the Federal DoW to guide technical strategy and team execution in a remote role centered around the DC metro area. You will collaborate with Federal Sales Leadership to deliver trusted technical and functional leadership across the Federal cycle, driving strategic account planning and capability development.

Qualifications

• Curiosity for AI tools with history of integrating new tech into workflows.
• Experience selling to Federal Agencies.
• Residence within 2–3 hours of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
• Experience managing a high-performing team of engineers.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drive increased execution on building technical champions across our customer base.
• Lead the recruiting, training, and ongoing development of top engineering talent on the team.
• Manage up to 8 individual contributors while driving technical wins across the federal customer base.
