Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive new business from a US Federal software sales background. You will plan accounts and territories, research prospects, and execute field-based strategies across a defined set of customers and verticals.

The role requires building executive relationships, coordinating a broad virtual team, and advising on how ServiceNow can shape IT roadmaps with AI-enabled solutions. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of US Federal sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets and promoting a customer success focus in a team environment.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with cabinet level and C-suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy across a broad virtual team.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
