Pantheon Data LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead federal engagements for DHS, DoD, and USCG. You will oversee contracting team deliverables, support strategic planning, manage risks and resources, and report to executives.

Strong analytical and communication skills, plus ability to work remotely with multidisciplinary teams, are highly valued. The role requires experience with federal programs, regulatory compliance, and the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management or Engineering.
• Experience leading complex engagements with DHS or DoD; complex projects may include infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, resource allocation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of contracting team and deliverables.
• Strategic planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Risk and issue management; identify bottlenecks and allocate resources; implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to executive leadership on project health, timelines, and risks.
