Job summary

Pantheon Data, a government-focused technology and services company based near Washington, DC, is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy and execution for US Federal opportunities. You will work across executive leadership, program managers, and operations to ensure compliant contract performance.

The role requires strong FAR/DFAR knowledge, contract administration experience, and ability to coordinate with technical teams while operating primarily remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 7+ years federal contracts experience preferred.
• 7+ years experience in Federal Contracts/Subcontract, management/admin, and related tasks.
• 7+ years knowledge of FAR/DFAR and applicable federal guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer, issue, review, and execute Contracts, Subcontracts, NDAs, and Consultant Agreements.
• Evaluate contract awards and modifications; identify risks and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to communicate contractual obligations and requirements.
• Setup and maintain contract information in company systems.
• Advise management on changes, modifications, and regulations; distribute modifications.
• Manage GSA schedule: proposals, schedule terms, price list, and audits/reviews.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
• Assist back-office operations and program management needs.
• Review proposals for compliance with federal laws and RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Assist with company registrations and reporting; maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and analyze contract terms; inform management of trends.
• Ensure QA policies and procedures adherence; implement improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks to support goals and customer delivery.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
