Agile Defense is seeking experienced Project/Program managers to lead delivery across federal programs, including CBP-related projects. The role involves coordinating network, cloud, cybersecurity, and field deployment work, and managing customer commitments through change control and accreditation processes.

We value leaders who translate complex schedules into reliable plans, navigate 24/7 environments, and drive on-time results while enabling engineers to focus on delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: delivered technical work in a federal program with change control and accreditation pace
• Preferred Experience: PMP or agile delivery certifications are useful but not a substitute for delivering

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across network, cloud, cybersecurity, and field deployment teams
• Manage commitments with the customer and navigate federal change control and accreditation processes
• Translate plans into schedules that survive 24/7 environments and adjust when sites differ from plans
• Ensure blockers are resolved at the lowest appropriate level to keep delivery moving
