iCatalyst, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to support our federal program in the Washington, DC area. This full‑time role offers a hybrid/remote work model and requires a strong background in program and project management, leadership, and client collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of relevant experience, PMP certification, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US federal security clearance. Public Trust clearance is required; US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of relevant program and project management experience in federal environments.
• PMP certification preferred and experience leading multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proven ability to develop specifications, operational plans, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program specifications and operational strategies.
